Please mark your calendar for the Kansas Academy of Physician Associates (KAPA) Heart of America CME Conference and Annual Membership Meeting, happening October 16-18, 2025 in Manhattan, Kansas.

Event Schedule

Thursday, October 16
The CME event begins at 8 AM and presentations run until approximately 5:30 PM, the day is followed by a Welcome Reception at the conclusion of the CME presentations.

Friday, October 17
The CME event begins at 8 AM and presentations run until approximately 5:30 PM, the day is followed by Annual Business Meeting (KAPA members only), at the conclusion of the CME presentations.

Saturday, October 18
The CME event begins at 8 AM and the conference concludes at approximately 12:30 PM.

Making reservations by phone:
- Call the hotel at (785) 473-7091, press “0”.
- Let me know you’d like to make a reservation in the CME group “b216947”.
Making reservations online
- Go to www.bluemonthotel.com
- Click on the BOOK ONLINE button at the top of the page.
- On the top of the page, select Check-in and Checkout date. (You must enter dates before the promo code)
- Just below the dates, click, “Have a promo code?” and enter b216947 and click APPLY CODE (Case sensitive, use a lowercase letter b)
You can now review available room types, group pricing, and make your reservation.

Registration
Online registration for the CME Event and Annual Membership meeting will open August 11th.
Reminder that early bird registration ends on September 30th.

The agenda and schedule are currently being developed. The Heart of America CME event will consist of 20 credit hours. The tentative topics, speakers and times will soon be available on the KAPA website. (we are still working on the possibility of one credit hour to meet Kansas Board of Healing Arts Category III requirements.)
